NTS was commissioned to support with the delivery of a series of traffic management services to enable for emergency works due to loss of power to be carried out at one of UK’s most prominent banks.
The plans focused around closure of one of London’s major roads and therefore required a robust approach to minimise disruption.
Challenge
A major bank located in London required emergency works due to loss of power. As such, the company required its generators to be replaced as quickly as possible.
Due to the critical location with the building being located on a major – and notoriously busy route – in London, this presented a lot of challenges which very few traffic management companies in the UK have the capability and resources to overcome.
With speed in delivery being paramount to enable power to be restored at a sensitive London building, the project also required multiple parties to be involved in the planning phases to enable collaboration pre, during and post the works being complete.
The Solution

comprehensive traffic management plans.

proximity with the bank.
